Just a short one this week as I’m busy prepping my meals for the next couple of days. I mentioned last week that I’d started eating a bit healthier using The Body Coach’s book, Lean in 15 however I struggled a bit last week. This was mainly due to the fact I didn’t have time over the weekend to stock up my fridge or prep my meals but also a bit of laziness. I was pretty annoyed at myself though as I really do want to shift some pounds and get leaner so starting today I have officially begun the 90 DaySSS plan from The Body Coach. I stocked up my fridge on Saturday and I have spent today in the kitchen, making my lunches for the upcoming week. If you want to keep up on my progress follow me on social media as I will be posting photos of some of my meals and updating you on how I’m feeling as the weeks go by. I will also be doing a full review of the 90 DaySSS plan (cycle 1) in 4 weeks’ time, so look out for that and see if it’s something you might want to try. To find out more about it, click here and read what others are saying and from The Body Coach himself.

I won’t leave it here though; I will mention another couple things I’ve been up to this week. One thing I’m super stoked about is creating a wedding scrapbook. I’ve been saying I was going to make one for months, in fact even before the wedding, however I just haven’t found the time or the motivation to start it. Anyone who has made a scrapbook knows the hardest part is planning it, once you have your plan it is all about cutting and sticking everything in place. I do have my plan though…wahoo, so now I just need to print a few more photos and I will be able to sail through it in no time. Therefor this is another one though that I will have to come back to you on as it is a work-in-progress at the minute. Once it’s complete though I will give a full detailed post of the best and easiest way to create a wedding scrapbook, or any scrapbook in fact.

Finally, and those who know me, know I couldn’t not mention this. While shopping with my mum over the Easter weekend, I came across the most amazing pair of trainers EVER. Why? You may ask, well because they are completely mint green! They are from a shop called Deichmann and only cost me £20, bargain! Take a look at them on the website here, or check out my photo below!

Like I said, just a short one this week but tune in next week for a jam-packed blog about some new goodies I’ve been trying out!

Peace out for now!
