We all scream for ice-cream!

Now this week was a busy one for me as I was hitting the gym hard because of my new HIIT workouts from the 90DaySSS plan as well as prepping and cooking all my meals/snacks. As I’m getting used to it, I’ve not got too much to tell you about this week and I am going to wait until after Cycle 1 (4 weeks) to give you my first review of the plan. I can’t leave you just like that though so I will talk about something delicious that I tried last weekend.

As I was getting ready to start the plan, I decided to give myself a little treat…well a whole tub of a treat. I am a big fan of Ben & Jerry’s; one because of the awesome ice cream they make but also because of the amazing marketing skills that they have there. Most people probably haven’t visited the website, why would you, but if you ever need something to make you smile, go check it out. The "Flavour Graveyard" page is particularly my favourite, which talks about the flavours that no longer exist.

So I had seen that a new flavour had been released called S’Wich Up which features two of my favourite things in the world; Oreo’s and Cookie Dough. While shopping for all my healthy food to start the 90DaySSS plan, I decided to have a last minute splurge out so the ice cream went straight into the basket. This flavour is definitely one of my favourites that I have tried. I mean, I love Cookie Dough so why wouldn’t it be great with Oreo’s stuffed in there too. It’s made up of vanilla ice cream, chocolatey swirls and like I have mentioned, cookie dough and Oreo’s. This is the description from the Ben & Jerry’s website "Say hello to S’Wich Up, our latest concoction combining cookie dough chunks, vanilla ice cream, a chocolatey cookie swirl and chocolate cookie sandwich pieces!"

Once I have got through some of this plan, I will definitely be treating myself to this again, but maybe not the whole tub this time!
